The CSDS Research Fellows Olga Kulkova and Luiza Khlebnikova have attended the lecture of Dr. Jeanne d’Arc Mujawamariya, the Ambassador of Rwanda in Russia, at Institute for African Studies of the RAS (IAS). Her speech was dedicated to the role of diplomacy in preventing genocide.
