On December 12, 2019 the CSDS Expert, Junior Researcher of the School of World Politics, Lomonosov Moscow State University Altunay Aliyeva made a presentation "Conceptual Framework of Turkey’s International Assistance Policy" at the research seminar "International Relations Concepts of Turkey".
The event was organized by the Chair of Theory and History of International Relations of the RUDN University (Moscow, Russia) as part of a three-year monthly scientific seminar "Non-Western Theories of International Relations: Formation of National Schools".
